The Blaha Lujza tér (square) is in a walking distance. There you can find yourself in the cross of the most important public transportation lines to all other sights.

SURROUNDINGS The Grand Boulevard of Budapest is only one corner from the building. The Boulevard has many shops, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, theatres. The Keleti Railway Station is also very close. The walking street could be reached within 10 minutes by bus or metro. There are three shopping centres in the close surroundings.

BUILDING It is a brand new modern building with comfortable flats, reception, garage, nicely built park and garden inside. There are more new buildings in the same street and the whole district is under reconstruction.

APARTMENT The 43 sq m apartment is located on the 2nd floor and facing to the smaller inner garden of the building. It is equipped with one living room (built together with the kitchen) and a balcony, one sleeping room with cupboard and commode, bathroom (including shower and toilette). There is a comfortable accommodation for max. 4 people in 2 rooms (two separated beds in the sleeping room and a convertible sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table with 4 chairs also. There are bed-clothes and towels also in the flat. Amenities include TV, dvd player, stereo system, some movies on dvds, music cds, fridge, electric cooking-range, hairdryer in the flat. The style and the decoration of the apartment is modern.

TRANSPORTATION It is just a few steps away from Blaha Lujza Square you can find there many bus lines, the metro and also tram lines.

SERVICES On request we also can reserve parking place in the garage and give coupons for breakfast in some hotels in the neighbourhood (Novotel Centrum or Mercure Nemzeti) or for some euros we fill up the fridge with different foods you would like to get for breakfast.
