WELCOME Reconstruction work at Hotel Stadion has reached its final stage. The hotel specialising in conference and business travel will be operating from 2009 on as a four-star establishment with the new name of Danubius Hotel Arena, thanks to continuous improvements in quality and service. Conference rooms, function rooms, the Oregano Restaurant have been renewed, and so did the now modern rooms. New fitness facilities have been amended to the services. The hotel's mission is to successfully combine its proven expertise with the new products and services of a rejuvenated four-star conference- and business hotel.

LOCATION The hotel is located next to the international sport centre of Budapest, where all big sport events take place. The city centre is reached in 5 minutes by underground.

ROOMS The freshly renovated 379 air-conditioned rooms furnished with comfortable furniture in a light Mediterranean touch provide colour TV with satellite programs, Internet access and minibar. Pets are permitted in the rooms. 50 rooms with extra bed, 12 connecting rooms, 4 anti-allergy rooms and 2 rooms for the disabled are provided as well.

RESTAURANTS The newly refurbished Oregano Restaurant with Mediterranean ambiance and modern cuisine offers a wide choice of specialities of the Italian and the Hungarian cuisine with an exceptional selection of fine Hungarian wines. Together with the adjacent Olympia room it is an ideal place to organize balls, weddings and gala dinners up to 400 persons. The Coffee Shop & Lobby Bar also with a Mediterranean atmosphere is ideal for meetings and business lunches. Beside the tasty cakes and excellent coffees, guests may select from the specialities of the restaurant as well.

RECREATION Danubius Premier Fitness Club at Hotel Arena gives perfect relaxation after an exhausting day, spent with sightseeing or business meetings. State-of-the-art fitness equipment and qualified instructors are at the disposal of sports fans. Within the services, the guests can find cardio- and fitness equipment, a swimming pool, sauna, solarium, Aqua- and normal aerobic possibilities, yoga possibilities, personal trainers, consultations and nutrition advices, as well as a Hair & Beauty Salon awaiting guests on the ground floor. Massage therapies are also available.

CONFERENCES The hotel has 9 meeting rooms, some of them saparate, some can be opened up together. The Olympia Room is an air-conditioned function room with natural light gives made up of 4 section rooms, for a capacity up to 300 people. The Atlanta, Barcelona and Seoul Rooms each are air-conditioned with natural light, that can seat 40 to 80 people. The rooms can be connected into one big banqueting hall for up to 200 people. The Tokyo and Athens Rooms are small seminar rooms, ideal for up to 15-20 people. The technical equipment offered includes high-speed, broadband, wireless Internet access, microphones, video recorder, CD player, tape recorder, slide and overhead projector, flip chart, screen, multi-lingual simultaneous translation equipment, TV-set, video camera, sound system, LCD projector and laptop services.

SERVICES In the lobby a Hair & Beauty Salon and two souvenir shops await the guests, while the 24-hour concierge service is at the disposal of the guests offering a central safe, Internet in the rooms, photocopying possibilities, a luggage room, rent-a-car sevice, garage, valet and laundry service.
