DESCRIPTION The spectacular interior design has created an extraordinary environment. The restaurant is modelled on the famous island prison. The showers, the office of the director, the row of cells and the luxury cell of Al Capone were all reconstructed according to pictures and descriptions of the time. The waiters wear prison garb in order to enhance the illusion.

Every night from Wednesday to Sunday, the best Hungarian funk, jazz, swing, and rhythm and blues bands make their appearance. Apart from Hungarian performers, the stage at Alcatraz regularly features internationally known and recognised stars, for example Jean Paul Bourelly and Tino Gonzales. Well known DJ's ensure a lively atmosphere from Thursdays to Saturdays, after the bands have finished on stage.
