Make your holiday in Hungary unforgettable with the extraordinary experience of a day on the romantic 'Puszta'. We find the 'Puszta's capital, Kecskemét about 80 km south from Budapest. It has a very nice town centre with many famous Art Nouveau buildings. The outer parts of the town have a traditional market town atmosphere. In the Middle Ages it was a flourishing market town. Today Kecskemét is the most important settlement of the Great Plain between the river Danube and river Tisza. Large-scale fruit production of the area is combined with prosperous food industry (Kecskemét apricot brandy).You can enjoy a short walk in the city, a visit to the City Hall, the former Jewish Temple, probably the country's most beautiful secessionist building, called Cifrapalota.

We offer a trip to a real Hungarian 'csárda'. You'll be welcomed by tradition with brandy and cakes. You can listen to a short introduction of the place, and you have possibility to ride a coach.

We suggest many interesting programme for our visitors such as a horse-show and possibility of riding, a look at the rest of the animals and stables, a typical Hungarian lunch with wine and Gipsy music. After lunch optional shopping, we go back home.

In our programme we offer different types of farms, depending how much time we have for this programme and what kind of interest the group has:

OLD FARM offers a peaceful and quiet private farm from the last century. The farm is 60 km from Budapest, approximately 1 hour on the highway. The farm doesn't have own capacity for the horse show, therefore we offer show in a different farm first (Tanyacsárda, Gerébi) and then we follow the way to the farm.
It has wonderful surrounding and the feeling of the private hospitality gives unforgettable hours. Homemade food and unlimited wine is served.

TANYACSÁRDA is the place where a professional team waits the guests for a show and typical lunch or dinner in high quality. The farm is 60 km from Budapest, approximately 1 hour on the highway. The place meets the highest requirements. They have approximately 150 horses, typical old Hungarian domestic animals, professional horse show and excellent food afterwards. Quality is guaranteed.

The visit to the Puszta is a real full-day programme, but for guests who don't have enough time for the travelling and would like to arrange the same programme maximum half-day, we also offer excellent solution:

LÁZÁR FARM is only 30 km from Budapest, can be reached easily about 35-40 minutes from the city. The world famous Brothers Lázár has been World and Olympic champions of equestrian driving. It offers quantity and quality of the horses, nice surroundings in Gödöllő Hills, excellent programme with professional riders and typical food afterwards with drinks.
