Sometime during this program, we take the guests to try some of Hungary's traditional pastries, like the Strudel or the Lángos, accompanied by coffee, tee or hot wine.

As the end of our city tour, we take the guests to the Great Market Hall of Budapest. By the 1890s many major European cities already had market halls, such as the famous Les Halles in Paris or Covent Garden in London , and others cities like Barcelona , Berlin , Florence and Lyons were to follow this trend. It was around this time that Budapest's councillors thought that the Hungarian capital should also have such a hall.

What is it that makes the building so popular and attractive? During the day it is filled with housewives deciding what they are going to put on the dining table in the evening, and you may well be wondering what ladies in Budapest typically cook for their families. It is this you can learn about during the gastronomic event offered to tourist groups at the Fakanál Restaurant upstairs on the gallery. In addition to tasting what the vendors sell downstairs, such as Herz salami, Gyulai sausages, crackling, juicy peppers and tomatoes, kőrözött (a spread made with sheep quark) and delicious fruits, guests can help themselves to substantial portions of a variety of delicious dishes simmering on the stoves.

As the continuation of the day, we take the group to the Margaret Island. This 2.5 kilometer long island has a great history. The island has had several names during it's history: Island of the Rabbits, Island of the Lords, finally Margaret Island. The unique environment provides great opportunities for entertainment and sports. Walking across this magnificent space, we can see tourists, mothers walking their babies, families, couples in love, sportsmen like joggers or bikers. This is the location of peace right in the heart of Budapest, a place where the sun shines more brightly, where people can be in touch with nature and where they can have fun and smile. This is the place where everyone of is at home in Budapest. And to have a nice time in this place of tranquility and fun united, there is no better way than going on "BikeCars". There are vehicles, were people have to pedal to move forward, but the guest is still seated comfortably, watching nature's glory.

In this park the guest will not only have fun and visit the attractions, but they are invited to a picnic, where drinks and snacks are offered to them. Our team will be prepared with blankets to make their stay even more comfortable. This the big opportunity to get to know every interesting and small detail of Budapest, it's people anhd history, since the guide will be prepared to answer any question, tell and story.

In case the weather is not so nice, we can offer a smaller picnic in the green City Park of Budapest, that occupies a field of one square kilometre. Here we find a romantic boating-lake that works as a skating rink during winter time, the Caste of Vajdahunyad that was built in the end of the XIX. This structure combines all architectural styles from Romanesque to Baroque. Here we also see the Széchenyi-bath, which is one of the largest bath complexes in Europe and it is the biggest public bath in the Austro-Hungarian era. The park also hosts the 'Budapest-Prater', offering a pleasant relaxation with modern and traditional games, the Zoo, being built by the example of Hamburg-Zoo, where animals are held in an environment similar to their natural habitat, and the Big Circus of Capital. This can be followed by a leisure activity in the Széchényi Thermal Baths, where everyone can try the different pools, the massage and the great experiences offered by this place.
