WELCOME The four-star Danubius Grand Hotel Margitsziget, built in 1873 on Margaret Island reflects the turn-of-century atmosphere of a hundred years ago. The hotel is connected to the neighbouring Danubius Health Spa Resort Margitsziget by a heated underground corridor thus enable guests to benefit from the services of both hotels.

LOCATION The hotel is situated in the calm and picturesque surroundings of Margaret Island, yet in the heart of Budapest. Only minutes away from the centre of the capital, it is literally an island of calm and relaxation. The island, which stretches for 4 kilometres, is a protected leafy botanical parkland with ancient trees, a Japanese Garden, a Rose Garden, an open-air amphitheatre, walking and jogging tracks.
