WELCOME The Seat of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences is located at the Pest abutment of the Chain Bridge as the most impressive palace of the Roosevelt square. It is a representative, neo-renaissance building in all its details. The Academy Club can be found in the Danube bank wing of the Seat. IIt is called a Club because of its furnishing, style, atmosphere and character. Its popularity is due to its excellent location, elegant surrounding and its high quality organization.

It's prime goal is to provide a unique and high quality venue for the meetings of the defining leaders of the Hungarian scientific and business words. In consideration of this, in connection to the architectural reconstruction of the Seat of the Academy, based on the plans of Jozsef Finta, in 1998, one of the most beautiful restaurants, clubs and event venues have been established.

LOCATION
The ones arriving by car can find the spot at the Pest abutment of the Chain Bridge. By public transport the Academy Club can be reached with trams number 2 or 2A departing from Jászai Mari square or with the bus number 105 departing from Heroes' square.

CAPACITY:
The Library Hall has the atmosphere of a real English club; its comfortable leather furniture makes it perfectly suitable for informal discussions, press conferences or exclusive receptions having 100-120 participants the maximum.

The Music Hall is a separated hall, located next to the Library. Its layout can be freely chosen from the theatre style to the protocol like gala lunch. Similarly to the Library, the guests can also enjoy the view of the Castle of Buda and the panorama of the Chain Bridge through the windows of the Concert Hall.
